Do you just design dog portraits?
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits ……. All animals are welcome!
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.
The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.
Can I preview the portrait before printing？
Yes, we offer free previews on pet portrait orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request edits or approve for printing and shipping.
However, products that use the original photo directly, such as custom crystal and apparel, do not include a preview as it is not necessary.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do, and it's all free.
Can I order as a gift for someone else?
Sure.
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information.
How can I refund my order？
