Description

We understand how painful it is to lose a friend who has been with you for many years, and that their absence will be missed endlessly. But we also know what a warm comfort a specially customized pet memorial can be for them.

This ceramic product combines the functions of a pet tombstone and an urn, featuring an imitation - pebble design. It won't weather or age, whether placed indoors or outdoors. The bottom is designed to hold the pet's ashes. The pet's head statue and text can be customized according to the customer's pictures and requirements. The pet's head statue is hand-painted with under glaze five-color technique, and the text can be either computer-engraved or hand-written.

Grave marker can be partially customized

Pet Statue: We will make models of pets of the same breed, which may differ from your pet photo. (Currently we only make statues of dogs and cats)

Text portion: we will render the text you provide on the headstone through computerized engraving. In order to ensure the effect, the number of words should not be too many.

Shipping Times

Each order is custom-made for you, so production time and shipping time are separate.

  • Production Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of ceramic products, the production process takes approximately 2 weeks.
  • Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery is estimated to take 9-16 business days. Actual shipping times may vary depending on the destination country/region.

  • Photo is well lit and taken in natural lighting.
  • No filter is applied to the photo
  • Taken with a good quality camera or smart phone
  • Your pet is facing the camera
  • The whole face and neck of your pet is visible. 
  • Your pet is eye level with the camera
  • The image quality is high and not blurry
  • The position of your pet is either sitting or standing straight

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you just design dog portraits?

Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits ……. All animals are welcome!

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.

Can I preview the portrait before printing？

Yes, we offer free previews on pet portrait orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request edits or approve for printing and shipping.

However, products that use the original photo directly, such as custom crystal and apparel, do not include a preview as it is not necessary.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do, and it's all free.

Can I order as a gift for someone else?

Sure.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information.

How can I refund my order？

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each custom artwork is carefully crafted based on the photo you provide, making it unique to your pet.
